Erma - Regarding barking dogs on Sheridan Rd., the owners have a scanner, so when you call animal control (located at police station), they hear the dispatch and take their dogs in temporarily. This has been going on for years. They have no regard for their neighbors and have the dogs basically as lawn ornaments.
