Erma - It is really sad in Lower Township how different fractions of people who let their dogs bark on a regular basis and think nothing of it and the people who are just trying to enjoy their home without constant barking. This has been going on for years and still no intervention from the township to address the problem. Everybody is just allowed to fight it out and be miserable about it. Tying up the police daily on a problem that can be easily fixed is just denial by the township. Why the township won't do anything to address either side of this ongoing problem is the real problem.
