Erma - I'm glad to hear the residents of Briarwood Drive aren't the only ones who have to listen to quads racing up and down the street. You can call the cops if you want, but it's the usual, "we can't do anything if we don't catch them in the act" routine. They can roll up to the individual sitting on a running quad in his yard and "there's nothing we can do." Morning, noon, night, weekdays and weekends. We have to listen to a grown "adult" racing quads up and down the street; it's pathetic.
