Erma - If Cape May residents are allowed to leave the Lower Township School District, why stop there? I don't have any children, so why should I also pay the amount of school taxes that I am? Here are the two options: Spread the costs of education fairly, so every child has the opportunity to learn, or make parents pay the tuition cost of each of their children.
