I would like to know when we are going to get a different rescue

Erma - I would like to know when we are going to get a different rescue squad service in our town. The current one is very insensitive to people and takes a long time to get to patients in need. We waited over half an hour recently for them to show up and get my mother off of the floor at 8:30 a.m.
