Does Lower Township Rescue Squad have any employee standards?

Erma - Does Lower Township Rescue Squad have any employee standards? I had a female EMT come to my house for my mother who was having trouble breathing. She smelled like a nicotine factory. When I mentioned this, she yelled at me and said it's her choice to smoke. Not good patient care, or public relations. Better employee screening is needed!
