Could anyone help me understand why so many thumbs down were giv

Erma - Could anyone help me understand why so many thumbs down were given to the spout which raised the issue of lead in the pipes of drinking fountains in our schools and the danger it poses for children? Are voters here saying they don't care about possible health dangers involved, or is there another reason? We, parents do so much to protect our kids, and schools seem oblivious to the dangers here. It is a statewide issue, and thankfully is being considered up in Trenton. So what's the problem then?
