Erma - Behind Staples, in Middle Township, there are dozens and dozens of cats that are having litters of kittens and starting the feral cycle all over again. It appears nothing has been done in a year! The cats are multiplying and suffering from recent freezing temperatures and lack of food. They are climbing down the storm drains for shelter! I leave kibble and fresh water, but that is not enough!
