Cape May Tech pours nearly a Million into the Board building rehab after all the change orders (Poorly Managed) and they spent ZERO on the roof leaks in the gym, which have been there for at least 15 years, they just change out the wet moldy tiles. What about the UNSAFE GLASS in the 100 building which if broke ,could cause severe damage.
