Re the Middle teacher hired at #2 w/o passing the Praxis. There’s one at a HS, whose been in the classroom several years now and the same case. It’s all a matter of “who you know” in CMC. Look at the kids who vandalized the HS, and got away with a Hunter Biden deal.
