The OC spouter missed the point of a previous spout asking why cops aren't evaluated the way teachers are. The spouter was only talking of the many ordinances and laws in each town, and evaluating police enforcement of each law, such as speeders, tailgaters, leash laws, etc., not solely about crime. If teacher performance is based on student test scores, shouldn't cops be evaluated on the laws they enforce?
