The mayor of Baltimore wants the DOJ to come in and investigate the Baltimore PD. While they are there maybe they should investigate where the $1.8 billion poured into the city of Baltimore the last five years for education and youth programs went. Facts are more high school students are dropping out of school, crime is up, drug use is up, and from the look of what transpired there, it doesn't look like there are many programs to keep youths off the street. So under this Democratic leadership, looks like they did nothing but waste the money or line their pockets.
