I think the residents of CMC should be commended on their cooperation with wearing masks. In my limited travel since Covid, I have never seen anyone maskless when near other people. Too bad almost no one remains from the WWII era to remember the sacrifices made then. Ration books allowing a few gallons of gas per week.. Limited meat, butter, milk etc. Mandatory blackouts due to U boats lurking offshore. People bought war bonds with their extra few bucks. Everyone cooperated . No one complained that their individual rights were violated. Makes masks and social distancing pale, Yes?
