I know why people are leaving Cape May Tech in Droves. The Board and Administration treat the Staff like second class citizens. They need to be held accountable! Also the County Commissioners need to wake up. Save TECH it is and was a great institution. Instructors and other staff would retire with 35 to 40 plus years… the good ole days are gone. My wife and are successful grads of Tech.
