Don't you just love the "after service" surveys? You contact customer service, you have something done somewhere, you buy something and then either stay on the phone or receive a survey in the mail asking you to 'please complete so we can improve our customer service.' Then the questions are all spiked in their favor. Wish they would ask questions that weren't so loaded. No wonder people don't complete them. There's no way to convey the contact was a fail.
