Cape May County needs more emergency veterinarians. My daughter was visiting and her dog began vomiting during the night including some blood. She called the emergency vet at 7am and was told they were treating other animals and to come at 10am..She went at 10am and was told it would be about a 3 hr. wait and to wait outside. Temps were in the 80's. The parking lot had several cars waiting. She came home and gave the dog some pepto bismol and she made a pedialyte solution from instructions on the internet. After a couple doses and confinement the dog improved and was her usual frisky self
