A campground surely does not properly background check their employees. How are you going to allow a convicted thief to work on your staff, but let a young man working toward Eagle Scout return from camp and tell him there is no more work for him in the beginning of July after he had started his position back in June but the thief gets to keep his job? Way to set an example for the youth of America.
