Biden never called the families of the 13 soldiers killed in Afghanistan, nor the family of Lenkin Riley. He did call the families of the three soldiers killed by a drone strike overseas. The difference is the three were African Americans, the thirteen and Lenkin were Hispanic and Caucasian. He is losing the black voters and is pandering for their votes again.
