Look around and you will see the addictive nature of smartphones. Just about every time you see a police officer, the hand is up to the side of their face holding a phone, a soccer mom is rushing through a yellow/red light while using a device, or my favorite gripe, a contractor is tailgating someone while using a phone. Maybe this behavior is just as bad as DWI, certainly letting smartphones make us look stupid!
