Edit to my spout so it makes more sense: To the NWW spouter complaining about lack of enforcement of the speed limit on North Wildwood Blvd. as one enters/exits/ town. The new limits are ridiculous. I'm no speed demon so it should certainly taper down as one gets over Beach Creek and onto the island, but it was fine the way it was before.
