I read Middle Township is establishing an ordinance to compensat

Edgewood - I read Middle Township is establishing an ordinance to compensate their employees. Of course, it is years with a set percentage, but, at least the township is trying to give their employees some sort of increase. But by doing this to retain your employees does the state of New Jersey give you less money for exceeding the cap on raises? If not, then other towns and cities should use Middle's example and do the same for their employees who make the salaries from the 1960's. Kudos to Middle.
