Driving back from from the Deauville Inn last night through a busy Sea Isle City at 9:00 and so many people were standing in the crosswalks just far enough to make you think they were crossing as they waited for the Jitney. NJ laws states if you’re in a crosswalk, cars must stop. Drivers were stopping non-stop because they were in the crosswalks causing an huge slow in traffic. Can’t they stand on the curb and not in the street? Also who’s walking back from the beach in the dark carrying beach gear without a flashlight or at least turn your phone light on! What a nightmare!
