Don't you just love it when AC Electric sends you a statement comparing your electric use with surrounding similar homes and efficient homes? I guess that they don't realize that most of my neighbors are not full time residents and are only here on the weekends during the summer months. My suggestion to them is to include that report with my monthly billing statement and put the tiny postage costs that they save to lower my monthly bill. It's a start. Then they could stop charging customers to pay for their system upgrades.
