Does the Vice President and many others I hear have any sense, they claim the Ice agent in Minneapolis had PSD from a previous encounter where he was dragged by a car, to justify his reaction, he obviously doesn’t have PSD, he walked and stopped right in front of the car, either he doesn’t have PSD or if he does then he shouldn’t be in law enforcement, and the fowl words he called her after he shot her is disgusting.
