Does anyone find it extremely Annoying that the beach tagger on the cart in cape may constantly ringing a bell for the lifeguards to get water? I understand you’re trying to help them out but I don’t think she needs to ride through a crowd of people ringing a bell everyday a few times a day. Very very annoying and inconsiderate of others.
