Do you think our ancestors flocked to sand dunes (barrier islands) to potentially get hurt in the ocean? Don't see many old homes (built before 1800s) in the older towns, i.e. Ocean City, Cape May, Atlantic City. Going to the beach on a regular basis creates more problems than it's worth, and the homes should be self insured, modest homes, not what is being built today.
