Disgruntled Township Employee, Please do not speak on my behalf. As an employee and someone who has been closely tied to the Union, I disagree with your comments. We have received a significant salary increase, and the Township has worked hard to increase the entry-level salary. I come to work and do my job. The union we belong to fought to eliminate merit increases, which provide less opportunity for increases. Some of us won't have the opportunity to get promoted because your fight for contract changes was self-serving. Stop blaming others and creating a toxic environment, or just leave.
