Did you know unaffiliated/independents can vote in primary elections by going to the polling place and choosing the candidate's party and then voting. You can return to your former status by filing a political party declaration form (available online) with your municipal clerk or Commissioner of Registration or online at the New Jersey Voter Information Portal. You can also stay registered with the party you chose when you voted. Let your choice be heard.
