Dias Creek - Yesterday I travelled from Wildwood through Rio Grande at 4:30pm. There were cars backed up on the parkway off ramp. We're barely into the month of May and this was mid-week yet it took me 15 minutes to get past Railroad Ave. We definitely DO NOT need any more development in Rio Grande.
