Dias Creek - New Middle Township committeeman Mike Clark is already trying to bring back the bad old days. In a prudent attempt to protect the taxpayers, the Township has been requiring all outside parties interested in using Township facilities to provide proof of insurance. This protects the taxpayers from lawsuits. Clark, who is president of the Middle Township Democrat club, may have pressured the Township Administrator to make an exception for his club. This would be unethical.
