To the people on the 600 block of Dias Creek Rd.: Your dog barks incessantly. It doesn't matter if it is sunny, rainy or snowy; that poor dog is outside just barking. If this is not corrected, I am calling the authorities to see what can be done for this poor dog, whom I feel is being mistreated.
