The street golf carts are out of control.

Diamond Beach - The street golf carts are out of control. Passengers are not wearing seat belts, children not put in safety seats and drivers and passengers are riding with open containers of alcohol. Also, they think it’s ok to park at fire hydrants. They are licensed vehicles and must follow the same laws as other street vehicles. We desperately need police to enforce the traffic laws. Ticket them!
