Is someone going to hold the owners of the closed bank building

Diamond Beach - Is someone going to hold the owners of the closed bank building responsible for upkeep on the property around the now shuttered branch in Diamond Beach? The weeds are taking over, there is a pile of soggy newspapers/phone books near the door and an ever evolving collection of trash in and around the lawn and parking lot. It's not in keeping with the rest of the neighborhood and, frankly, not acceptable.
