Diamond Beach - It is outrageous that a major developer new to the Crest gets approval for a hotel expansion application with 18 code variances from the current planning board with some members whose objectivity is suspect making a mockery of local building codes and the time honored Master Plan. As the Herald article indicated “the Crest needs to do better”. Planners- Don’t let it happen in Cape May.
