Diamond Beach - I understand that the election laws in Fla are the best and assures fair elections - after the Bush/Gore fiasco - if so - why don't the federal govt use the Fla election laws nation wide to ensure fair elections and take this excuse for losing elections away from Republicans and Democrats?
