The Cape May County library online system for borrowing E books

Diamond Beach - The Cape May County library online system for borrowing E books has been revised so often that it has now become almost unusable. It is the most user unfriendly and frustrating website I’ve seen. Even a call to tech help couldn’t figure out the site. Its a mess. Its apparent that library staff do not borrow books on this website or else it would never remain like this.
