Diamond Beach - The beach at the end of Raleigh Ave. is once again a dump. Wires and hoses poke up from the sand, wooden boardwalk sections are stacked up waiting to fly in the next big wind, cement blocks and boards with nails are strewn across the beach and dunes. Why should this be allowed? Other areas in Diamond Beach are pristine at the end of the season. People do come down in the off-season and there are residents. Have some consideration, please.
