Diamond Beach - In 2002-03 residents were sent drawings of the proposed bridge to be completed on Ocean Drive in 2005. Here we are in 2016 with no new bridge. Every time you go over that bridge in bad weather and are not charged, it's because the North Wildwood or Rio Grande bridges are closed due to flooding. How can a bridge so vital to this area be ignored for so long? The two-week closure for repairs doesn't count. Does anyone have an update?
