Denver - First visit back to Avalon in 15 years. Now I see why they need to install windmills. HUGE mega mansions. I saw one on the bay with four pool pumps. No solar. Something has to power the new development in the back woods areas as well. That growth is off the charts. The demand is only going to grow.
