Which project will come on first the lights at the Ocean View re

Dennisville - Which project will come on first the lights at the Ocean View rest stop on the parkway or the information signs scattered about the state highways in Cape May County. Both projects have been in the works for 2 to 3 years plus! Hopefuly the information signs will be on more than the ones on the Parkway!
