W hy not have police, retired police or special trained traffic

Dennisville - W hy not have police, retired police or special trained traffic police. (Like Summer police in resorts) to man the lights along rt 47 in Dennis and Elizabethtown at peak weekend Traffic times during summer. Resorts can shoulder costs of adding these special traffic light controllers.The added light at Elizabethtown ,added more torture. I would not be surprised if the rt 55 lobby that would profit for building it, is behind no traffic police, controlling lights. The obvious solution for years. Also using some of 37 million DEP funds for improving Higbee's, to bring back railroad.
