Dennisville - I applaud the political process in Middle Township in which candidates Clark and Lockwood recently engaged in a 'meet the candidates' session at the Martin Luther King Center. They gave policy specifics about their platforms, and then engaged in a question and answer period with the public. Question: When was the last time such an event occurred in Dennis Township? Answer: Never. People run for office here, put out yard signs up and down the street, and voters have no idea what these candidates are all about, and what they will do to move Dennis Twp forward instead of remaining dysfunctional.
