Van Drew is now leading the charge in his efforts to investigate the rejection of the B.L. England Power Plant gas pipeline in Upper Township. If doing an end-run around Pinelands preservation laws is such a good thing, as advocated by Van Drew, why did four prior NJ Governors all submit position documents advising for rejection of this gas pipeline? Could it possibly have something to do with hard and fast preservation and protection of the environment for all New Jerseyans?
