The problem isn't feral cats in Dennis Township. It's the residents who feed and shelter them. Any resident who continues to feed and shelter feral cats should be fined or arrested. If you want a cat go buy or adopt one. If you don't then you are a feral cat enabler. Feral cats are not house pets.
