The Navy sets off a 40,000 lb bomb to test an Aircraft Carrier's shock resistance and causes a 3.9 magnitude earthquake felt over all of South Florida. Days later a thirteen story condo collapses, causing loss of life not to calculated until all the ruble is searched. The building had some structural issues granted ,but the tenants living there knew repairs were going to be made and felt comfortable living there while the work was being done. The blast may have contributed to the collapse. A massive inspection will be done on South Florida condos. Be interesting to see if there is any new damage.
