My friend had his vehicle totaled back in August of last year, he had full insurance coverage, they told him 6 to 8 weeks to settle payment. It’s been all most a year later, they still have not received payment, they ask neighbors for rides to the local grocery store for food because they have no vehicle. I’m not sure where they could find help, you would think they would of paid them by now, so they could buy another vehicle, and new insurance? Not making sense, to bad they do not practice what they advertise.!
