It's good to see the season off to an early start & with a new twist no less. Instead of plain old bicycles blowing through stop signs in OC & the other islands, it's e-bikes flying through them at speeds faster than the ratty old mopeds of the 70's & 80's could have ever hoped for. It gets even better when you realize that some are being driven by kids too young for a moped license.
