Dennis Township once again recorded ZERO property sales as all other municipalities in Cape May County sold properties according to property transfer records filed with the County Clerk's office for Nov. 18 to Nov. 24. This is a typical report reflecting an extremely poor real estate market for all of DT. There are dozens and dozens of homes for sale here, but very few buyers. The declining reputation of this Township and the lack of responsible government here makes buyers wary. Officials need to focus on property protections, code enforcement, and quality of life issues for DT to prosper.
