On Dec. 3, the new Dennis Township Administrator presented a report identifying DT as a "magnet community" regarding bulk trash disposal policy. Instead of monthly, he recommends quarterly pick-up to discourage scavengers and scrappers who routinely flock here to root through roadside rubbish. Because DT has no noise ordinance protections, no enforcement of zoning regulations, and non-existent code enforcement policy which conforms with and promotes Master Plan specifications, DT is likewise a "magnet community" for illegal and abusive ATV activity. How do no protective laws benefit us?
