Dennis Township - Yet another news story about Cape May City acting to preserve peace in residential communities by regulating and effectively zoning noisy "event houses." Kudos for elected officials there for recognizing their responsibilities in relation to citizen complaints about noise, litter, drunkenness, DWI, etc. which are the by-products of people renting out residential homes to host corporate parties, weddings, etc. Avalon is also doing the same thing.
